IamSMEofIndia extended their hands to educate its members on GST

Faridabad:14 June(National24news) IamSMEofIndia organised a Special Session on GST for Business owners at the IamSMEofIndia Habitat Centre (IHC) at Sector-11, Faridabad.

More than 200 nos. of Entrepreneurs, Directors, and Proprietors joined the seminar. Around 45 members joined from Faridabad Plastic Industries Association also.

Chairman IamSMEofIndia, Mr. Rajive Chawla while extending his warm regards to the President of Plastic Association, Mr. Vijay Jain and his Team, mentioned that in a survey recently conducted by IamSMEofIndia it was found that 90% of people working in the Accounts Departments of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises were not having in-depth knowledge on GST. To bridge this gap, IamSMEofIndia decided to organise series of Sessions on GST for the Accounting Professionals so as to impart right knowledge and awareness for smooth functioning of businesses.

Mr. Rajat Mangla, CA, was the main faculty and covered various points like What business owners should do, what they should provide to their teams, what they shouldmonitor, how mistakes of suppliers can result in huge losses to buyers, how to declare stocks, how to avail of input credit on existing stocks, penalties,refunds and much more. Each topic was followed by the Question & Answer sessions by the members.

The three hour session brought clarity to more than 100 questions raised by the Entrepreneurs.

Chairman IamSMEofIndia, Mr. Rajive Chawla expressed his thanks all participant members who took out their valuable time to attend this session.
