इंडस्ट्रियल एसोसिएशन कृष्णा नगर के द्वारा फूलों की होली मिलन का आयोजित

फरीदाबाद 8  मार्च  । इंडस्ट्रियल एसोसिएशन कृष्णा नगर द्वारा आयोजित होली मिलन समारोह एवम् एजुकेशनल सेमिनार  को जबरदस्त धूम से मनाया । रंगारंग कार्यक्रम में जहां एनआईटी विधानसभा क्षेत्र के विधायक नीरज शर्मा ने इंडस्ट्रियल एसोसिएशन कृष्णा नगर  के मंच से सभी को होली की शुभकामनाएं दी ।  इस मौके पर इंडस्ट्रियल एसोसिएशन कृष्णा नगर के चेयरमैन जीत राम फोगट ने विधायक नीरज शर्मा का फूलो  का गुलदस्ता  देकर स्वागत किया और  प्रेजिडेंट रमेश शर्मा और जनरल सेक्रेटरी अमृत कोच्चर ने समाजसेवी मुनेश शर्मा और युवा नेता मुकेश डागर और हेल्थ लेबर डिपेंटमेंट से शैलेश अहलावत का फूलो का गुलदस्ता देकर स्वागत किया ।

 फरीदाबाद : 10 जनवरी 2020  : मैन्युफैक्चरर्स एसोसिएशन फरीदाबाद के सहयोग से Indus - tech 20th edition का तीन दिवसीय Industrial Exhibition का शुभारंभ सेक्टर 12 में हुआ ।

 Exhibition का शुभारंभ श्री राजेश नागर , MLA, तिगांव ने रिबन काटकर  व दिया प्रज्वलित करके किया । 

सर्वप्रथम रमणीक प्रभाकर, महासचिव , एम.ए.एफ. व  नरेश वर्मा  , पूर्व प्रधान , एम ए एफ ने फूलो का गुलदस्ता देकर श्री राजेश नागर , MLA, तिगांव का स्वागत फूलो का गुलदस्ता देकर किया । फिर उन्होंने रिबन काटकर उदघाटन किया व दीप प्रज्वलित किया । 

श्री राजेश नागर जी ने कहा ये बहुत ही अच्छी शुरुआत है । इससे उद्योगों  को बहुत  फायदा होता है व लघु उद्योगों को आगे आने और बढ़ने की प्रेरणा मिलती है । मेरी शुभकामनाएं आप सभी के साथ है ।

Escorts Ltd. Q2 Profit up by 1.8% at ₹ 104.6 cr.

New Delhi, November 3, 2019: Escorts Limited today reported a standalone profit of ₹ 104.6 crore in quarter ended September 30, 2019, up by 1.8 % as against a profit of ₹ 102.7 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue from operations at ₹ 1,323.9 crore in quarter ended September 2019 as against ₹ 1,398.4 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The standalone net profit for the first half year ending September 2019 at ₹ 192.1 crore as against a profit of ₹ 223.4 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal. Revenue from operations at ₹ 2,746.8 crore in first half ended September 2019 as against ₹ 2,909.6 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal.

Speaking on the results, Chairman and managing Director Mr. Nikhil Nanda said,

“Our new products across business lines, investments in distribution for wider reach & enhanced customer experience with technology upgrades has helped us foray strong in the current industrial pace. Our continuous cost optimization initiatives will offer us additional leverage for stronger revenue, profitability & increased share of market. We will continue to invest in R&D to create value for our customers across domestic and export geographies.”

SEGMENT WISE PERFORMANCE

Escorts Agri Machinery

Tractor sales were at 19,750 units in quarter ended September 2019 as against 20,553  units in the corresponding period last fiscal. Segmental revenue came at ₹ 995.6 crore in quarter ended September 2019 as against ₹ 1,043.3 crore in corresponding period last fiscal. This quarter on account of lower volume and unfavourable product mix, EBIT margins now stands at 10.3%.

For first half of current fiscal tractor volumes at 40,801 units as compared to 45,533 units in corresponding period last fiscal. Segmental revenue came at ₹ 2,087.7 crore in half year ended September 2019 as against ₹ 2,220.5 crore in corresponding period last fiscal. EBIT margin for first half of fiscal at 10.6% as compared to 14.4% in the corresponding period last fiscal.

Escorts Construction Equipment

Construction equipment sales volume for the quarter ended September 2019 were 945 machines as against 1,331 machines in corresponding period last fiscal. Segmental revenues came at ₹ 201 crore in quarter ending September 2019 as against ₹ 249.1 crore in corresponding period last fiscal. EBIT margin went up by 195 bps to 2.7% as against 0.7% in corresponding period last fiscal.

For first half of current fiscal construction equipment volumes at 2,012 units as compared to 2,676 units in corresponding period last fiscal. Segmental revenue came at ₹ 413.2 crore in half year ended September 2019 as against ₹ 495.1 crore in corresponding period last fiscal. EBIT margin for first half of fiscal went up by 105 bps to 2.6% as compared to 1.6% in the corresponding period last fiscal.

Railway Products Division

Revenue for the second quarter up by 19.6% at ₹ 126.7 crore as against ₹ 105.9 crore in the corresponding quarter. This quarter we have higher sales from new products and now EBIT margin stands at 19.1 % in quarter ended September’19.

For first half of current fiscal railways products segmental revenue went up by 26.2 % to ₹ 244.8 crore in half year ended September 2019 as against ₹ 194.01 crore in corresponding period last fiscal. EBIT margin for first half of fiscal at 19.5% as compared to 22.4% in the corresponding period last fiscal.

Order book for the division as at end of September’19 is around ₹ 500 crore that will get executed in the next 12~15 months.

The reviewed accounts of the second quarter and First six months ended 30^th September 2019 has been approved by the Board of Directors of Escorts Limited.

Escorts to create new standards in Customer Service

Faridabad, 30 April, 2019: Escorts Limited, a leading tractor company in India, announced launch of a new innovative and disruptive feature called ‘24X7 Care Button’ on its entire range of Powertrac and Farmtrac tractors. Now all Escorts customers can just press a special button on their tractor any time of the day for any technical or other help, and receive a call back from a trained Company Engineer within 2 minutes. The Company claims that this way they can always remain in direct touch with their customers and provide immediate assistance if and when the need arises. 

Speaking on the launch, CEO of Escorts Agri Machinery, Mr. Shenu Agarwal, said, “Escorts intends to create new benchmarks in Customer Service with launch of the 24X7 Care Button. Our tractors operate in far flung areas of this vast country. The livelihood of our customers depends on their tractors. In peak season, they cannot afford to lose even a single day of tractor’s work. If anything goes wrong, it is our duty to provide immediate assistance. We are investing in a large fleet of Mobile Service Vans and Bikes at our dealerships so quick doorstep service is provided to the customer in case of any need.”   

The Care 24X7 device is also a technological marvel. Factory-fitted now on all Powertrac and Farmtrac tractors, the device contains a speaker phone, a microphone and a specially designed SIM card, which helps Escorts maintain a direct, two-way contact with the tractor and the customer. This feature is supported in the back-end by a multi-lingual, round-the-clock Call Centre.  Once a button is pressed, the customer receives a call back in a matter of a few seconds, and Company’s trained engineers provide online assistance. If for some reason the customer is not contactable on his mobile phone, a call can be made directly to the tractor through device’s own SIM, speaker and microphone. If needed, the Company’s engineer can dispatch trained staff from a nearby Escorts dealership to customer doorstep at the appointed time. The loop is closed once customers confirm that their problem is resolved to their complete satisfaction. 

Further speaking on this matter, Mr. Agarwal said, “Escorts is yet not the #1 tractor company in India. It is necessary that we continue to innovate and do different things. Customer service standards in the Indian tractor industry are nowhere close to that seen in the car or bike industry. We thought this was a great opportunity to bring some disruption and therefore came up with this idea. We are very happy to launch the 24X7 Care Button feature in all our tractors now. With this, we do hope that we will change the way customer service is delivered in rural India, especially to the tractor owners.”
